I have two devices RUT240 shown as offline in the RMS portal but I know they are online because the SIM cards are online and signage devices behind are shown as online and can be accessed remote. There must be something wrong in the portal.

 

does anybody else experience this problem?

Hi,

Are you still having these devices showing up as offline in RMS?

Is there a possibility for you to reboot them with SMS?

Have you tried maybe reregistering those devices?

Also, you could try sending <adminPassword> rms_connect SMS message to the SIM of your router.

No, I did not reregister devices or send an SMS.

The devices are started every morning on working days (monday - saturday) and switched off after shop closes.

What happens with my credit after deleting and reregistering the device?

from the metrics collected in RMS I could see for one device it stopped from 10th March 2021 around 14.47 in the afternoon, but I know it has been online each working day.

Credit will continue as it's bound to the device.

Try reregistering and if it doesn't work, please send me a private message with serial numbers of the device which are offline in RMS.
