Based on the youtube video, I created two guest account on why router RUTX11. Please see below the settings. Wifi_Guest2.4GHz is working fine, but the Wifi_Guest5GHz is not. I was wondering whether different destination ports must be selected or not. Please advise

Wifi_Guest: 2.4GHz: WPA_PSK encryption: PW: (unique password)

General setup: Mode: access point; ESSID: Guest_wifi2.4GHz_W10.20; network: Guest;

Firewall general setting: Guest_zone>WAN: (input) accept, (output) accept, (Forward) reject;

Firewall Traffic Rules: Source zone: Guest zone: Wifi_Guest, Guest; Destination zone: device; Destination port 20 80 443; Action: Reject

Wifi_Guest: 5GHz: WPA_PSK encryption: PW: (unique password)

General setup: Mode: access point; ESSID: Guest_wifi5GHz_W10.20; network: Wifi_Guest;

Firewall general setting: Guest_zone>WAN: (input) accept, (output) accept, (Forward) reject;

Firewall Traffic Rules: Source zone: Guest zone: Wifi_Guest, Guest; Destination zone: device; Destination port 20 80 443; Action: Reject

Best,

Jules

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

I have tested it on my side , setup a wired WAN , then created two wifi 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz .

Everything worked fine without any issues.

I have tested it on latest firmware .

Its best to upgrade device to the latest firmware.

If you are already using the latest firmware its best to re-flash the firmware without keeping settings and try again.

Might be some misconfigurations are causing the issue.

Thank you.

Regards,

Ahmed
