Just like Nico_AU said, this requires more information to be understood.
1. Have you tried if there is a firmware update for your RUT955?
2. How often does it lose the connection?
3. Have you tried modem restarting instead of full router restart? Then you could use ping-reboot functionality with only modem reboot.
4. Check if the antennas are not loose.
5. Was it working normally before or it is like that from the moment you bought it?
