Hi,

Could you restart one router manually with SMS command or physically? It's needed to check if it regains its status once restarted.

Hi

The issue is RMS has not renewed the licences for a block of sites (see attached spreadsheet) despite our having over a 1000 licences.

Please renew the licences of the sites in the spreadsheet.

Hi,

I've enabled service for your devices. Next time you should be able to do it yourself in the Management page of RMS, just enable the "Service" slide on each device.

Your devices should come up shortly, if not - RMS service needs to be restarted in the devices - so that would require a restart of the product.
