Hi,

I have a problem with the teltonika router RUT240, the LTE network often disconnects, and I have some devices which are linked to it so I lose connection over the time.

I am wondering what could be the problem.

PS: the reboot function is disabled.

Here attached the event log.

Thanks

My RUT240 disconnects several times per day, but reconnects within a few seconds. So as I have an email alert set up, I get several pairs of disconnect/reconnect messages every day.

The signal is strong, never less than -55dBm, usually about -51dBm.

I have just updated it to the latest firmware, so it will be interesting to see if this behaviour continues.

Hello,

For the issue you are having I would like you to check the received signal strength of the device.
Here are some deeper explanation about Mobile Signal Strength: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Mobile_Signal_Strength_Recommendations

Next is check if the device is having the latest firmware: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Firmware_Downloads
If it is not on the latest firmware I recommend updating it to the latest one.

If the your issue still persists let me know.

I hope it helps.

Regards,
Mellow
