Question

Hello friends.  

I bought the RUT950 new and have trouble accessing it.  Do I have access to the RUT950 settings with WiFi?  It only worked for me via web UI and mobile data.  

But i haven't a mobile data Connection here.

What is wrong ?

For the issue you are having I would like to clarify that you want to access it through other mobile data networks? 

First of all I would recommend you checking what kind of IP address are you having is it Public IP or a Private one.

Next is if you confirmed you have a Public IP address you need to allow Enable Remote HTTP access to reach the router's Web UI remotely. 
You can do that by navigating to System > Administration > Access control

If you want to connect WiFi as the main source of internet for RUT950 you can do it by following these steps: 

1. Log in to the Router's Web UI. 
2. Next navigate to Network > WAN > then select the WiFi as Main WAN
3. Then Save the settings and wait until the configuration is completed.
4. Now there would be a Scan button that will appear near inline with the WiFi Tab.

The setting will be like this: 
 
5. Once the scan is finished you will be shown a list of available WiFi Networks. 

6. Next, join the WiFi network you want and enter the credentials. After saving things the RUT950 will have network connectivity from the WiFi network you selected. 

Note: RUT950 must have a different LAN IP address from the WiFi network you are connecting to prevent IP conflicts.
