I am trying to set up a RUT240 on the three (smarty) network. I ahve tested the sim in my iPad and i can get a data connection but when entered into the modem it shows sim ready but 0dbm connection.

I also took the o2 SIM card out of my iPad and tried this, this also shows a 0dbm connection but works when it is in my iPad.

Any help in setting this up would be most appreciated.

Hello,

Is this happening on the new device or was it working properly at some point?

Have you tried resetting the router to default factory settings?

Is your router on the latest available firmware?

Does it have antennas attached correctly?

It seemed to be a faulty router as when I tried the same on another RUT240 router it worked immediately. I have returned the faulty one.
