Hello there

I'm really new to this kind of things.

I have to get a connection between a Seriel to LAN converter (TCP-Com) an a TRB145 over OpenVPN.

OpenVPN works. I get a connection to the local LAN interface to the TRB.

The thing that is not working, is to get a connection to the device connected over RS485.

There is nothing in the logs on the TRB145 to stick arround with it.

Hi,

Are you able to reach your serial device connected to RS485 locally?

Try using Console mode instead of Over IP.

Also, make sure your parity, stop bits, the baud rate is all set according to your RS485 devices.
