I have checked FAQs and seems people have to be private messaged the firmware to manually reload it, as once fails and seems to fail a lot on the forum, using the over the internet update, no modem firmware on downloads page for some reason.

Serial number is XXXXXXX batch no 14

Please can someone DM / PM me with a rutx11 modem firmware thanks.

Hi,

Please never post your serial number or MAC address in the forum as it is sensitive information and should belong only to you.

Now, could you tell me which modem firmware you had before you tried to update it, which firmware you have now, and the reason you tried to update it?

Hi thanks for removing my serial number publicly.

I have not got any idea what the previous modem firmware number was.

Back in December 2020 I made this note

I upgraded due to slow mobile connection speeds and intermitant disconnects.
