Not able to reset password

Hi.

I have a Rut950 that I'm not login to.

When booting the device, I get to the change password page, but when I login with the U/P: admin/admin01 I get "Unknown error, password not changed!". I'm not able to get past this page.

I have also tried accessing the bootloader after resetting the device, but I'm not getting access to 192.168.1.1/index.html or 192.168.1.1/uboot.html

Firmware version is Rut9XX_R_00.06.06.1

Any tips to get this device working?

Have you followed these instructions?

You would need to upgrade your firmware to the latest version through the bootloader menu.
