Hi,

I try to access an equipment in my LAN taping URL in web browser, but it does not work. I have a sim card connexion an a public ip address. A port in router is open and forwarding to the port of my equipment. I'm not an expert, but is there a methodology/documentation to do that ?

Thanks a lot

Hi,

Please follow these options:

1. Update your firmware to the latest: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads

2. If you're accessing that URL from LAN then you don't need a Public IP. If you accessed it through LAN successfully - then port forwarding should work too.

3. You can try disabling the firewall on the router through CLI to see if that's causing you the issue: /etc/init.d/firewall stop

4. Also, turn off your Windows PC firewall, if you're using Windows of course.

5. Check the wiki again if you didn't miss anything: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firewall
