Hi,

could you confirm that Things Mobile Card is compatible with the RU955?

We have done the following tests without result:

- Manually Change Operator;

- APN AUTO

- Custom APN : "TM"

More  RUT955 router details below:

Current Firmware Information

Firmware version RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.1

-69 dBm image

Data connection Disconnected
State Registered (roaming); WINDTRE Things Mobile; 4G (LTE)
SIM card slot in use SIM 1 (Ready)
Bytes received/sent *

Thank you for contacting.

Have you tried using the same sim card in phone or some other device ?? 

Sim card has enough data?

Are you using both the mobile antennas ? Its recommended to use both to achieve best signals .

What about APN , are you sure you are using the correct APN when using custom ? 

Can you confirm with the ISP?
