Hi.

I mounted the RUT240 in my boat using the external antennas you provide. (Purchased last month)

I have one of the common problem here. Here a few infos:

1) I configured the router using the wizard with the TIM standard APN provided

2) Everything works right. Good Mobile and Wifi signal all over the boat.

3) Then the disconnection happen: If the boat is in the port, after a few hours (from 1 to 10). If is in movement after a few minutes  (from 10 to 40)

4) At this point, if a restart the mobile connection or the router itself it will reconnect

5) And then the disconnection happen...

Can you support me to fix this issue?

Please, consider that I can go to the boat and make the testing in the WeekEnd !

Hello,

I would like to ask you to configure the Auto Reboot feature in your RUT240. More information about this can be found right here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Auto_Reboot

It should restart your modem every time you are disconnected automatically. If that does not solve y our issue, please send me a troubleshoot file from your router once it is disconnected.

I managed to logon remotely and adding the Autoreboot feature.

I also downloaded the troubleshoot file.

Consider the 21/5 and the 22/5
