Regarding the issue you are having I would like to confirm if the network connectivity is available. Next is it would be best if you try to check if the camera Email configuration is properly configured. Next is double check the IP address the camera is getting if there is a Default gateway specified on it's LAN network settings if there is none put the Default Gateway to router's LAN IP address example 192.168.1.1
