URGENT HELP REQUIRED - OFFLINE ROUTER RUT955 - connection issue [recurring ] - Step 5 RMS Connection state - Failure [Error: Failed to resolve hostname] This is a recurring issue happening every month or so or more frequently. Using with MAC office from home. Have gone onto Network settings WiFi is connected and fine with an IP address, TCP/IP Have renewed lease, DNS have re- added IP address..... Please help urgent issue been trying since 7am this morning [6 hours ago]

Hello,

Could you try to ping RMS hostname (rms.teltonika.lt) via CLI interface (Services > CLI) and check if you can reach it? If not, please try to ping another random hostname to check if you do have an internet connection. Also, have it worked before? Could you tell me your device serial number via private message?
