Question

I need to restart modem by SMS. I've checked the SMS utility section but I've found only option for restart the entire router and not only modem (which is faster than a full reboot).

Is that possibile or is possibile to schedule that for future implementation?

Hello, 

Regarding Modem restart through SMS it is not available with the SMS Utilities command but what you can try is using the Mobile data on and off command. RUT240 SMS Utilities - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com) instead of using reboot.

I assume that command should switch off only data connecion, and after that the router is still able to recieve the switch on sms?
