I want to order replacment SIM CARD TRAYS for the router.

Please can someone help me with the part number and where to order in Europe.

I called the Sales Manager but he refused to send me 2.

Basically Teltonika have no interest in resolving customer problems.

I have tried the approved seller but as this part number is not added to the accessories list then they cannot order it.

Terrible service and I have asked for the sales managers boss contact but nothing.

Not good for such as small plastic part.
