Hello, I am trying to forward the text messages to an email on RUT240, but it does not work. I followed the solution from another question from the forum but still, I do not receive the email.

I am using the same address for the User name, Sender's email address, and Recipient's email address. I am new to using Teltonika; If someone would give me a clue, it would be great.

It could be that you need to enable letting less secure apps in your gmail account: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en

Also, you could try different ports: instead of 587, try 465

You are absolutely right. The issue was with the secure apps in my Gmail account. Even I am using port 587.
