SIM TRAY LOST:

I previously recieved information that one can be provided by a regional service manaager - this is not that case.

I have contact the recommended retailer who cannot get a response from Teltonika for a pert number nor delivery date.

As my router is dead without, this is really bad service.

What can you do to resolve this issue?

Hi Folks have the same problem. My SIM Card adapter has fallen into a crack when pulling out no chance to get this out. Is there an address where you can get them?
