Router RUTX11 lässt sich nicht mehr einschalten

nach einem Versuch den Router über RMS zu steuern lässt er sich nicht mehr einschalten.
Wenn er an Strom angeschlossen wird blinken die Signal leuchten nach ca.10 Minuten leuten sie nicht mehr und die Power LED blinkt
auch über Netzwerk kein zugriff
Was kann ich machen??

Hi,
I will need more information on this. Can you tell me more about which LEDs work and which do not?
RMS shouldn't do anything to the hardware state of your device, so it's not the root of the issue.
Please try these recovery options first:

If none helped - please try a different power supply or PoE through LAN1 port if possible.
If nothing brings back your device - please return it to the reseller as the hardware faulty.

Wenn an Strom angeschlossen wird leuchten die Power LED und die 5 Signal LED's blinken
nach 10 Minuten gehen die Signal LED's aus und die power LED fängt an zu blinken
Die Reset Taste habe ich schon mehrmals gedückt --> keine Reaktion

But have you tried the bootloader menu way?
Hold the reset button before plugging in the power plug and see if you're able to get a different startup of the device.

Bootloader-Menu geht auch nicht da keine verbindung zu einem PC aufgebaut werden kann

In that case, please return the device to the reseller as the hardware faulty, most of the time we cannot help if the software is not responsive.
