Question

Hello, 

I would like to apologize for my knowledge, but i'm begginer. 

There's 12V voltage source, which is connected with analog input in my RUT955. To this day it was sending SMS while i get >9V on input. 

Could i program my device that it will be sending signal(digital or analog) while value of voltage on input gonna be >9V?
