I have a RUT240 using a wired WAN, behind a Meraki firewall.

What's my best option to be able to connect to a PLC on the RUT 240 LAN port from a remote location?

Hi,

It depends if you have a Public IP given to your RUT240, which then should be port forwarded to the PLC.

It's hard to tell more as it's not much information that I got and I'm not well experienced with Meraki firewall.
