I have problem geting my new rutx12 to connect to RMS. I tried to remove and add it, reboot several time, without luck.

I have 10 Credits available, running latest firmware

Anyone else having the same problem?

Problem still persist. Anyone else with same experience?

No luck connect via web ui on rms. Device is stated as not activated. On device it is mentioned as license expired. 10 available license on server. This is the company first device

Can you confirm that you're still having this issue?

What error message are you getting?

Have you tried manually connecting from RUTX12 WebUI - RMS page?

Are your other devices in your company working properly?

Issue still persist, unfortenately.

Rutx trying to connect then report license expired. On my account I have 10 unsed credit

In rms device license mentioned as ”free”. Device is monitored but never connected to rms.

This is the company First/only device.

Webui in rms does not work either
