Hi,

We have a fleet of RUT 955's live in the field and we are noticing that some are randomly falling offline. Ocasionally it is due to not reading the sim or general router failiures. Most times fixed with reboot of router however, as it falls offline, we cannot reboot it via RMS and we need to physically go out into the field to do so. This is a cost to us. We need support or a resolution soon or we will be replacing Teltonika entirely.

Thanks

Hello,

Regarding this issue of yours may I know if the said RUT955 is travelling because it may be caused by different Cell tower's handover. So the best solution for this is configuring Auto Reboot Functionality.

You can find more information at this link: RUT955 Auto Reboot - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)

You can try reboot by modem or the device reboot itself.

Let me know the results
