I have two (2) RUT240 modem units that had been used and registered in RMS to an individual account that I do not have any of the login info for.

How do I go about un-registering them so that I can re-register them on my company's main account?

can you unregister the RUT955, Serial 1105308875   Mac: 00:1E:42:26:C7:EE

The router is used in a project but the company that led the project has now no activity. Now the customer would like to have the router free again in order to re-register it. Many Thanks
