Not able to change passwords after reset.

Hello all,

I have a Teltonika RUT950. After pressing the reset button the home page appears with the login page. First, the default username and password entered. Then, router navigates me in the new password screen. After I entered my new password and press save, navigates me in the login page again. Typing the new password I am not be able to insert into device throwing me an error that either username or password are incorrect.

Hello,

I would like to ask did you reset your router using a physical button or via System > Administration > Reset to factory defaults option?

Either way, please try another method. If that does not work, try to reflash your router firmware version to the latest via the bootloader menu: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT9xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu
