Is there any more documentation how "Extra arguments" can be used in Port Forwarding?

The only information is "to use with extra care".

I would like to exclude a few ports only from a defined span. (I could of course split the span causing several rules)

In the WEB UI Network>Firewall>Port forwarding: the following text is found in the WIKI manual:

Extra arguments

string; Default: " "

Passes additional arguments to iptables. Use with care!
