hi, i've got this error message while attempting the first configuration

Hello,

Please reset your router to default settings. If the issue persists, upgrade the router firmware to the latest through the bootloader menu, follow these instructions https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT9xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu

i had to upgrade through the boot loader as the instrucion said.
