Hello,
It seems that the memory usage swells in version 00.07.00 by about ~2MB/hour. htop shows that rpcd, vuci and uhttpd increase their footprint over time.
The difference between two snapshots taken just after a reboot and ~11h later gives:
rpcd:
VmPeak < 4596 > 5072 kB
VmSize < 4596 > 5072 kB
VmHWM < 2832 > 3332 kB
VmRSS < 2752 > 3212 kB
RssAnon < 956 > 1420 kB
RssFile < 1792 > 1792 kB
VmData < 1028 > 1504 kB
VmStk < 132 > 132 kB
VmPTE < 14 > 14 kB
vuci:
VmPeak < 8312 > 9104 kB
VmSize < 8312 > 9104 kB
VmHWM < 6524 > 7320 kB
VmRSS < 6184 > 6876 kB
RssAnon < 4100 > 4792 kB
RssFile < 2084 > 2084 kB
VmData < 4392 > 5184 kB
VmStk < 132 > 132 kB
VmPTE < 16 > 18 kB
uhttpd:
VmPeak < 4596 > 4664 kB
VmSize < 4532 > 4600 kB
VmHWM < 3680 > 3764 kB
VmRSS < 3680 > 3628 kB
RssAnon < 1080 > 1028 kB
RssFile < 2600 > 2600 kB
VmData < 980 > 1048 kB
VmStk < 132 > 132 kB
VmPTE < 14 > 14 kB
During the same period memory usage as reported in Status->Overview goes from ~48% to ~57% that's ~23MB, much more than the difference in the three processes above.
Usage: mobile (always on), lan, wireguard, Wifi (a little), gps for time synchronization, snmpd, other housekeeping processes.
I had to reboot the device yesterday, memory usage was above 90%. Is there a kernel/module leak here ?
Regards,
