Hello,

I use a RUT240 with the firmware 00.01.14.1. The RUT240 should be a Modbus slave and a Modbus master device. I want to get the Modbus master values from the Modbus slave device. I like to write a small script by using CLI. Therefore, I need a command and options to get the value of the TCP master. Is there a solution offer.

Best regards

Teafan

Hi,

If you scroll down in this wiki: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Monitoring_via_Modbus

You will find there a command usage that should help you in reading Modbus TCP slave values.

First, thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately I want to read the register of the Modbus master and not the slave values in cli. Have you a solution, therefore?

You want Modbus Master to query itself? Did I understand that right?

Then please configure both Modbus master and slave on the device, use local IP in Modbus master to query itself.
