Question

Hi all,

I have a router RUTX12 us latest  firmware version (RUTX_R-00.07.00 ) and I want to block video streaming for youtube, facebook, instagram applications, ...for wifi users.

I followed the tutorials that I found on the internet using the firewall, web filter and QoS of the router but it did'nt work.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

There are many resources over on the openwrt forums regarding this issue. It is not a trivial problem to solve due to https. Bandwidth limiting is a draconian answer and can cause lots of other issues.
