I have 3 RUT240, 2 have dropped off the RMS connection. I've added credits but they still do not seem to connect to the RMS. I've rebooted and updated firmware, however, they are still offline.  When hovering over the log events, it says the device does not have any credits, however, the log type says change licence status. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

Have you managed to deal with this issue?

It might be that you need to enable all the services in the management page (RMS).

After that, if you enabled everything next to your device, it should be fed by credits in your company account.

If you're still going to have issues - please send me a private message with your serial numbers of the devices that cannot connect.
