Question

I was trying to set up RMS but it says it has been previously registered. I can not remember registering it, but perhaps I did, anyway is there a way to unregister it so as I can register it on my account?

Hi,

Please send me the photo of your RUTX11 facing the label with serial number. Also, next to the device please have a paper with your forum account name on it, this will help me identify that the device belongs to you.

Any other receipts or documents proving that the device is bought by you or owned by you also do the job.
