Hi

I have several RUT240 units we use and for some reason i have one device that will not hold the default gateway change. as soon as i save it i can wait for it to reboot and i can see the new gateway in IP config in CMD. Then i will power it down and move it to site and find the gateway keeps defaulting back to 192.168.1.1 which we cannot use. I normally change it to 192.168.15.1 and i have 20 or so already in the field which work no worries its just this one unit. it actually resets as i even loose the password we set to log in

Hi,

Is it only one of many RUT240s that loses the default gateway?

Have you tried checking what is the firmware version of those devices that work, and those that dont?

Was the IP of the gateway set static or is it left to auto?
