RUTX09 updated to 2.06 now blank screen

Hi all,

Updated a customer's RUTX09 yesterday to 2.06 and now I can't get the GUI to load after the login page.

Login oage comes up fine and allows me to enter the UN & PW. Then it loads a blank page.

I have the same result on three different Windows PC's with Chrome, Exporer and Edge. Also via my Android tablet and phone.

Also same whether trying to use LAN IP or remote via RMS

Any thoughts??

Hi,

Please try updating it to 07.00 via bootloader menu: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Bootloader_menu, it will newly flash your device with the new firmware.
