Hi,

On RMS, i set (SMS) alert for Mobile data limit.

Now its not showing that alert in Device Alerts ( as it shows other Email Alerts from where you can delete it)

Kindly look into the matter.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback, I will report this to RnD.

As for the device alert that was created - you will find it in WebUI of the device, Services > Events Reporting.

There you will be able to delete it.
