After updating the firmware listed in Fota Web to FMB.Ver.03.25.18Rev.08.e.xim the tracker no longer works. Tracker has no communication with the internet won't accept SMS commands and won't update to FMB.Ver.03.27.07Rev.00.e.xim using Fota Web. No communication through the configurator all you get is "Not supported". Under the tab "file" in Fota Web the correct firmware is listed for download but when you go through the link to download you get a message "Flash##This action is unauthorized". I have spoke to the supplier of the tracker and they get the same message as I get. I have a totally useless tracker now what can be done?
