I want to use TRM240 in one of my microcontroller which is having only serial port.

Can I connect TRM240 this microcontroller's serial port with TRM 240's USB port with USB to serial converter ?

MIcrocontroller is baremater and not support installation of usb drivers.

Or another option is like any configuration of TRM240 to make usb port work as a serial as below:

Hard to say, depends on your used converter and microcontroller.
