Hi There,

I am trying to enabled QoS for Microsoft Teams. It uses a large number of ports. Namely:-

Teams Audio data 50000 to 50019 TCP and UDP
Teams Video data 50020 to 50039 TCP and UDP
Teams App & Screenshare data 50040 to 50059 TCP and UDP

Am I able to put ranges in the ports box? The manual and the example says each port separated by a comma, but for a large range that will not be ideal. Can I put, for example, the following: 50000-50019,50020-50039,50040-50059

Thanks

Hello,

Unfortunately, you cannot use the hyphen/dash symbol to configure QoS for a range of ports. At this moment only the comma symbol is accepted and you will need to write each port separately. I could pass your idea to our RnD department as a future improvement.

Regards.

OK, thank you.

Adding it as an improvement sounds like a great idea.

Thanks
