Question

I'm going utilize two RUT240's and create a VPN channel with OpenVPN from first one to second RUT240. First one is connected to Wired LAN and second to mobile network with SIM.

Question: Do I have to connect all three antennas to RUT240 even if I do not utilize mobile or WiFi on that device?

This question is raised because some devices do not like if antennas are left out. VPN is already up'n running, but just cleaning the table. Of course I'm new with these RUTs but I do like challenges :-)

Hello,

If you are not planning to use WiFi or SIM card in your router, there is no point to attach the antennas. Antennas are not mandatory for the router to work.
