Hi, i am having issues deriving code to listen for a trigger coming from a ble beacon.

I am trying to develop an app that sends a SOS SMS once the button is pressed. The app is seeing the ble beacon but does not receive or read the input when the button is triggered. Any help in solving this issue would be appreciated. The button used is a K11 beacon. Currently programming in Java.
