Verizon's imei checker states that my new RUTX11 (s/n 1111xxxxxxxx) is not compatible

Using the Verizon website I entered the IMEI on product's label.  The documentation for this unit states that it is certified by Verizon but the checker says it is not compatible.  Do I need a different unit?  is there some technical issue here?

Just called Verizon and got the issue resolved. Their IMEI checker was wrong. The rep I spoke with verified that the device is certified.

Thank you so much.  This is complex but I love the features that the RUTx11 brings us.
