Hi,

I connect my RUT955 with WAN port by PPPOE account, but I cannot connect it. May be my PPPOE account has special character as "@"  example: abc123@abcd. This account provide by my ISP and I cannot change it.

How do I fix this problem?

Hello,

I would like to ask if you could send me a troubleshoot file via private message once you configured your PPPoE settings and fail to connect to your ISP.

Hi, any finding on this? I also facing same issue here with my RUTX12. PPPoE stopped and failed to connect. Hope new firmware can helps to overcome this. Thank you.

UPDATE: Already can make PPPoE run on RUTX12. Need to add vlan - port base, add new vlan ID : 500 (as TM Malaysia use this tag for its ftth setup), tagged on wan port. save and works!
