How do I delete a Device from RMS?

I incorrectly typed a serial number into RMS. The device obviously can not activate and I can not delete it because it has not activated. I have tried to add the device with the correct serial number, but I can not because it says the MAC address already exists. How can I get this deleted?

Hi there

To delete a device from your RMS page, you will need to "unregister" the device.

In RMS, select the unit your referring to, Under the "Device" tab, select "Unregister device(s)".
