Hi guys,

Got two TRM-250 running on a couple Win10 platform.
One of them fails to connect tot he APN after a power cycle of the computer.
It connects fine however after a soft reboot (where I assume the USB ports don't lose their 5V)
The problem is 100% reproducible when cutting the power and put it back on. The computer auto boots when power comes back, and the modem gets stuck never able to connect.

Would that be a faulty unit? The other TRM-250 connects just fine after a hard reboot due to power loss.
We also reproduced the problem with another computer and same issue, it's modem-centric.

Hi,

If I understood correctly, this behavior reproduces only on a single TRM250. In that case, I would recommend sending back the faulty device to your reseller for repairs.

Regards.
