iOS app certificate error

Hi:

Trying to open the app, after introducing the username and password, appears a dialog telling the certificate is not valid and an "OK" button. The button doesn't work and can't do anything else. I've checked the redirection to https in the router's config.

Which router firmware version you are using?

What is your iOS version?

Last iOS (12.1.4) and router's firmware (6.00).

I tried with Iphone 6S (the same iOS), my router used the same FW release and it worked correctly.

Try to reinstall app in you phone.
