hi,

i have successfully setup email alerts for monitoring purposes except for one 'Sim Switch'. All others work as expected. 

I can send a test email from the 'SIM Switch' alert but it does not send an alert when i send a 'SIM Switch' SMS to the device.

Any ideas?

This issue is already reported to our RnD department. At this moment it is planned to release a fix for it with 7.2 release.
