Hello, I’ve downloaded the app to control my rut950. It worked well. Then I made a firmware update and can’t enter the app any more. It says wrong credentials or device is not supported. I use the same access information like entering via LAN, what works well

Hello,

I suppose you have updated to the RUT9_R_00.07.00 firmware version. At this moment mobile application does not have support with the latest firmware release. It will be updated on the app store in the future.
