Can one configure RUTX-11 with LTE to WAN (Satellite) failover?

Before buying a RUTX11 device, a quick question: Is it possible to configure the device to use LTE as primary link and WAN as failover (e.g. in a vehicle application to use INMARSAT BGAN as WAN interface as failover where LTE fails)?
