Question

Hello, 

I accidentally blocked a private IP while trying to figure out the correct password of the web interface. The physical location of the Router (RUTX09) is quite a few miles away and that was the only way to reach it from distance. Is this block going to stay there, or will it get released after after a certain amount of time? If so, how long will it take?

Hello,

The block will be permanent until the device will be reset or the block will be manually deleted.

I would like to ask if your device is registered in the RMS system? You could provide me a serial number and MAC and I could try to change the password for you and delete the block.

Unfortunately we are not registered in the RMS System, we instructed someone to drive there and fix the problem.
